Alumnus - Abbey Hammond
| Abbey Hammond, a 2005 graduate from Calhoun Christian School, spent her first year of college at KCC, and she also worked at a pre-school called Our World for Children. Over the summer of 2006, she spent two and a half months on a mission trip to Kenya, Africa. Upon her return from Africa, Abbey transferred to Olivet College. There, she is currently co-president of the student organization. Over spring break in 2007, Abbey went on a mission trip to ChiChicastenago, Guatemala; and this year, she will be part of an inner-city mission in Nashville. On May 31, 2008, Abbey married her college sweetheart, Justin Smelter. |
